It is impossible to give you a firm fee quote without knowing all the facts of your case, and without knowing whether other charges besides DUI have been filed. That said, our DUI fees start in the range of $2,500 to $5,000 for a first offense DUI. Our fees can go up to the $25,000 range for serious felony DUI cases. Our fees are usually “flat fees”, meaning we do not charge an hourly rate. Under a “flat fee”, we charge one fixed fee that covers representation through trial. Our fee in DUI cases always covers your DMV driver’s license revocation hearing.
We do our best to work with people to afford representation. Our firm accepts credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and even American Express.
Sometimes, we offer payment plans to clients who cannot afford to pay the entire attorney’s fee up front. We can consider payment plans for clients who are not incarcerated, who are employed, who are not in bankruptcy and do not anticipate filing for bankruptcy, who do not have the ability to secure other credit (such as a loan or credit cards), and who have a compelling need for approval of a payment plan.
