Reservoir Dogs star Michael Madsen was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) on Wednesday, September 12th.

Madsen was reported to have a Blood Alcohol Content or BAC of 0.21%, which is almost three times the legal limit of 0.08%.

He was stopped while driving weaving between lanes on Pacific Coast Highway near Los Angeles, CA. He was reported to have been driving a cherry red classic Pontiac GTO with flames painted down the sides.

His attorney, Perry Wander, was quoted as saying, “Michael has been on prescription medication that easily could have made him look to be under the influence and caused him to fail the sobriety test.”

Moral of the story: Don’t drink and drive. And especially don’t drink and drive a bright red GTO with flames painted down the side while weaving between lanes of the highway.
